Recruiting for Entry-Level / Newly-Degreed Engineers Note this process is only for the entry-level newly-degreed developmental recruiting program. Engineers seeking advanced positions must apply to specific announcements at www.USAJobs.gov. The following information includes information about salary and benefits. Recruiting for the engineering and computer science Defense Career Intern Program (DCIP) is done primarily on college campuses in the spring and fall of each year. Applicants may also send a resume to ENGINEER@RobinsJobs.com. We recruit only for ABET-accredited engineering (not engineering technology) degrees. The PALACE Acquire (PAQ) program is administered by the Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC). Applications are accepted only at specified on-campus career fair events. For more information, go to http://ask.afpc.randolph.af.mil, enter "2332" in the search field. Do not email a resume for this program. SMART is a scholarship program administered by the Dept of Defense for current students in science, mathematics, and engineering. You must apply online. For more information go to https://www.asee.org/smart/. Engineering DCIP DCIP is a special hiring program for entry-level newly-degreed engineers. DCIP opportunities are not announced. Applications are accepted year-round. We actively recruit on selected college campuses and accept resumes by email. We only recruit for ABET-accredited engineering (not technology) degrees.
